The Anderson family's journey to become a family of five has been a long one. We lost our son, Luke Michael, to a miscarriage due to Trisomy 16, on November 17, 2016, and our daughter, Mia Katherine, was born sleeping on June 7, 2017, after losing a battle with fetal SVT. We are now anxiously awaiting the arrival of our rainbow baby, due on October 31, 2018! Throughout our journey, the SHARE Program at Edward Hospital has provided us with resources and support to let us know we are not alone as we navigate these losses and pregnancy following loss.
Naperville's 14th annual Walk to Remember will be held Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018 at the Riverwalk Grand Pavilion in Naperville. The Walk benefits Edward Foundation's SHARE Program — a nurturing place to come together for those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.
The SHARE Program is a local and national organization that serves and supports those who are touched by the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth and early infant death. A Walk to Remember will raise funds that are critical SHARE's mission to provide support to families experiencing the loss of a child.
Donations help fund support groups, counseling services, activities and events, education and bereavement training, resource and reference materials, special projects and program supplies—tools to help guide families through the grieving process.
Please help us raise money for the SHARE Program at Edward Hospital - a cause that is near and dear to our hearts - by donating to our page for this year's Walk to Remember.
